Senior Process Improvement Consultant
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Process Improvement Consultant to support a major transformation initiative with a large banking client in Raleigh, NC. This role is critical in shaping the future of consumer lending operations and driving enterprise-level process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in process design, stakeholder facilitation, and operational transformation within financial services. Key Responsibilities: Process Design & Improvement: Lead future state process mapping using BPMN standards. Facilitate large group discussions (up to 45 participants) to align on process design and direction. Identify and document gaps between current and future state processes. Refine process maps based on technology constraints and business requirements. Support UAT testing and help teams adjust to new processes. Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Participate in roadmap development sessions (JulyAugust). Contribute to the design and implementation plan for a new system targeted for Q1 2026 (tentatively March). Collaborate with the change management team to align process changes with organizational readiness. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand capacity needs and team structures. Work closely with change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services in a process improvement role. Proven ability to lead large-scale process discussions and keep diverse groups aligned. Strong experience in BPMN process mapping. Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Experience with ARIS or similar process modeling tools. Background in consumer lending within financial services.
