**Job Summary** + We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle MDM Testing SAP FSM: Master Data Management and MS Excel. This role involves managing and optimizing master data processes ensuring data accuracy and supporting store operations. The work model is hybrid and the shift is night. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the management and optimization of master data processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. + Oversee the testing and validation of Oracle MDM systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality. + Provide support for SAP FSM: Master Data Management ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. + Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report on data trends providing actionable insights to the team. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and support store operations. + Implement best practices for data management and ensure compliance with company policies. + Monitor and resolve data discrepancies ensuring timely and accurate updates. + Train and mentor junior team members on data management processes and tools. + Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures. + Support customer and material master data management ensuring data quality and consistency. + Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies. + Provide regular updates and reports to management on data management activities and progress. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in Oracle MDM Testing ensuring the accuracy and functionality of master data systems. + Must have expertise in SAP FSM: Master Data Management supporting the maintenance and accuracy of master data. + Must be proficient in MS Excel utilizing it for data analysis and reporting. + Nice to have experience in Customer and Material Master ensuring data quality and consistency. + Nice to have experience in Master Data Management implementing best practices and ensuring compliance. + Nice to have experience in Store Operations supporting data management processes. + Must be able to work in a hybrid model with night shifts. + Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be proactive and able to identify and resolve data issues promptly. + Must be committed to continuous improvement and professional development. **Certifications Required** Oracle MDM Certification SAP FSM Certification Advanced MS Excel Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
