Rubber Senior engineer or rubber expert, with rubber specialist and could lead team to make new process development/ S- CIP.

Qualifications

·SE for new project, secure design for manufacturing

·Process development and release following procedure with solid validation evidence

·Technical breakthrough and know how handover to production

·Line release for 0-S, S-CIP for mass production

·New tech introduction and innovation from process perspective

·Good communication and exchange with rubber global network

Additional Information

·Bachelor or above in chemical/ rubber engineering (or equivalent)

·More than 5 years working experience in rubber process area

·Rubber specialist know-how, process development procedures, DoE and data statistic; Project management skill

·Excellent English skills
