We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team based in Karshi. You will report to Technical Manager and provide technical and process engineering support across multiple production units, including ASU, ATR, and HPU facilities.

As the Senior Process Engineer you will:

Provide process engineering support for ASU, ATR, and HPU technologies.Support safe plant operations in line with procedures and safety standards.Troubleshoot and optimize plant performance, resolving process issues independently.Participate in commissioning, startup, shutdown, and turnaround activities.Contribute to hazard studies, risk assessments, and management of change processes.Collaborate with controls and instrumentation teams to optimize plant control systems.Identify and implement opportunities for energy savings, capacity improvements, and reliability enhancements.Review vendor documentation and support the development of plant monitoring systems.Ensure compliance with EH&S standards and act as a role model in safety leadership.

As the Senior Process Engineer you already are:

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in a similar role within industrial operations (oil & gas, chemical, energy).Process engineering knowledge of Air Separation, Gasification and/or Hydrogen ProductionExperience in troubleshooting plant operations, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to follow a logical work process to reach a solution. Experienced in Root Cause AnalysisFamiliarity with P&ID, HAZOP, LOTO, control systems, and data analysis tools.Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently and in teams.Languages – Uzbek, Russian and English proficiency, both oral & written.Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels (technical and non-technical)Work conditions and benefits packageCompetitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditionsSalary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sumsAnnual performance bonusWork schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Karshi, Kashkadarya RegionWhen relocating to Karshi a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rentan apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocationof the employee and family members to the place of destination)Annual leave – 21 calendar days.
