ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
作为艾利丹尼森的高级工艺工程师,您将肩负重任,引领我们在压敏胶(PSA)和胶带制造工艺的创新与突破。您将主导压敏胶和胶带产品的工艺开发与优化,在确保产品质量卓越的同时,实现高效、可持续的生产。凭借您在胶粘剂化学、涂布和加工工艺方面的深厚造诣,我们将携手达成生产目标,超越客户期望。
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1.新产品工艺开发与优化:能按照IATF 16949流程进行新产品工艺的开发、验证和流程管理,制定并执行生产线实验放大计划,确保新产品顺利量产。
2.生产过程控制:制定并实施产品工艺文件,监控关键参数,解决质量问题,分析数据,提出改进建议。
3.持续改进:主导或参与工艺改进项目,如降低产品质量损失,提高效率、降低成本、分析总结问题,分享经验。
4.工艺培训:指导和培训初级工程师与一线员工,提升团队在胶带产品方面的技术水平和质量意识。
Qualifications1.教育背景:化学工程、材料科学、高分子材料或相关专业学士及以上学历。
2.工作经验:5 年以上胶带,标签及压敏胶相关行业工艺经验,精通各种涂布技术。
3.熟练掌握 PPAP,APQP,DFMEA/PFMEA,SPC, CP,MSA等质量工具。
4.具备数据分析能力,熟练使用相关软件。
5.了解 ISO 9001、IATF 16949 等质量管理体系标准。
6.良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
7.较强的分析和解决问题能力。
8.良好的英语能力。
9.优先考虑:压敏胶或胶带行业龙头企业工作经验;Six Sigma 黑带或绿带认证;项目管理经验。
