Responsibilities: Plan and develop audit work steps for financial, operational and SOX audits for clients ensuring proper compliance documentation and testing of processes and related controls Conduct and oversee work during financial, operational and SOX audits and assist with identifying areas of weakness during audits Supervise and review associate's work and provide constructive feedback to ensure proper development Participate in multiple audits working as part of a team Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, management consulting or industry internal audit with at least one year in a supervisory role BS in Accounting or Finance required, MS or MBA a plus CPA, CIA, CISA strongly preferred Proficient in Excel and comfortable with ERP systems Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem solving skills Team player who builds solid working relationships Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Salary: $80K - $90K
