Inviting applications for the role of Senior Process Associate Aerospace Business Analyst

In this role, the Business Analyst position with a primary purpose is to provide support to Power Aero Customer Service Leaders. This role would be directly reporting into Genpact FLM for the BA team in Houston. The role is based at the client's location. It will also require this individual to take operational instructions from the client stakeholder, to ensure their goals are met. Position interacts with all levels of managers and agents within the company. There is a high degree of client interaction. Work effectively with all departments including, but not limited to Compliance, IT, Quality, Legal, HR, etc.

Responsibilities-

Administration-

IC project setup

Review and analyze invoices for correctness and ensure all information necessary is entered

Customer AP requirements

Oracle project setup (order entry)

Oracle maintenance – project budget updates

New customer setup in Oracle

Provide weekly report of attendance to parent company

Initiate Purchase Order Requests (PORs) for subcontracts

Issue Service Dispatch Requests (SDR) for Field Service

Order Entry -

Oracle project setup (order entry)

Oracle updates and maintain project budgets and updates

Create new customer record setup via Oracle

Set-up Projects and order administration for non-end users primarily (parts brokers)

Update and maintain Fleet data and customer information

LM Tech Docs

Service Bulletin issuance

EHS pre-mobilization checklist

Insurance documents updates (from Electric Insurance)

Finance / Receivables / Invoicing -

IBS rejects management

POR requests for subcontracts, Atlanta parts

Invoice management and backlog cleanup

IC project billing

Develop rapport with North American customers

Parts classification and pricing workflow requests stop gap coverage

Parts expediting (gap between depot and shipping)

Warranty management process visibility and execution

Service center QMI output

Vendor recovery support

Complete S/C hand-off notes

Deliverables -

Drive process improvements through measurement metrics

Meet or exceed expectations set forth in in SOW regarding weekly past due accounts, open warranty requests, part allocation reviews, and open project request reviews

Drive a cycler time reduction from project set up requests to execution across the business

Reduce TAT for part number set up in Oracle reviewed quarterly

Drive cycle time reduction to collect cash on customer account receivables

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

High School Degree

Proficiency in various MS Office applications especially Excel, Power Point etc.

Self-starter and ability to work independently on running smooth staffing sales and operation process

Ability to work and coordinate with client and various internal teams at Genpact

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience using Oracle E-Business Applications, or similar business intelligence applications

Experience in Contract/Proposal and Purchase Order analysis

Strong analytical skills

Background in Information Systems a PLUS

Excellent customer interaction and communication skills

Must be able to work in multi-disciplinary teams

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products with an emphasis on Excel

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

 The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
