What does a Senior Print Project Manager do at Hogarth? 

The Senior Print Project Manager will play a vital role in the successful running of the EU Coca-Cola account by providing high levels of client servicing, production and internal/external stakeholders management. They will be a master of communication and adaptability, ensuring deliverables across Print are always met and expectations with key stakeholders managed. They will provide impeccable professional delivery in their role and build strong relationships, whilst developing new opportunities for the account. They would ideally have experience or an understanding of creative expansion.

 

Content Planning & Timeline: Responsible for overall ShopX timeline, including content planning (photoshoot, master image retouching, product swap retouching, copy, toolkit) Briefing & Creation: Responsible for briefing creative (local StudioX) and briefing production template creation Toolkit & Materials: Responsible for providing relevant toolkit (guidelines) and materials to specs Briefing Information: Responsible for providing relevant information as per briefing requirements (using Production template briefing template) Project Management: Responsible for managing projects within OU Guideline & Toolkit Distribution: Responsible for passing on relevant guidelines and toolkits provided by Shopper Capability to Studio Production Requirement Communication: Responsible for sharing specs to client to understand the production requirement Production Timeline Management: Responsible for production template timeline (from scope/brief to final delivery) Coordination: Responsible for coordinating tasks to meet timeline/expectations between client, shopper lead and Studio Cost Estimation: Responsible for providing CE for any scope request Studio Briefing: Responsible for briefing production studio (PPM) with relevant information using the Briefing Template

Requirements

Degree in marketing, communication or languages/translation preferred Experience in a project management role, preferably localisation Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages very desirable Experience in marketing production is an advantage/benefit High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets; Strong numeracy skills Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail Resilience and ability to work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills; empathy/compassion/kindness Highly organised, detail oriented, customer and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges Experience managing and servicing international accounts with multiple stakeholders desirable
