We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead key initiatives in our OCI Security Platform team. You will work across multiple teams to plan and deliver on a new trusted security platform to help keep our customers secure. This is a high-visibility, quick paced role that requires a TPM adept at keeping multiple workstreams running, while driving execution and delivery of milestones daily. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator who can prioritize appropriately, drive clarity, and work well with people at all levels. You are highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working across a variety of teams to identify and implement the right mechanisms to deliver on the vision of our future state.

Must have Qualifications:

10+ years leading large cross-functional technical programs 15+ years of experience in program/project management, release management, or related field Program Management Leader who run large cross OCI programs independently and represent the org and program needs in all exec forums Experience efficiently and effectively communicating status to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations (technical and non-technical stakeholders) Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels, including the executive level Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands. Expertise in leading technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentation and technical documentation Proficient in project reporting, with a focus on fostering interdepartmental communication.

Manage Rhythm of the Business and Roadmap

Drive business management functions to maintain the team's operating rhythm (e.g., staff meetings, critical project reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, product reviews). Develop and execute engagement plans for team communications, including all-hands meetings, AMA sessions, townhalls, and employee feedback. Act as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leadership, addressing organizational climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Support the leadership team in planning and executing the organizational roadmap and strategic initiatives. Promote a culture of coaching, innovation, and agility to support the organization's success.

Drive Executive Initiatives & Communications

Lead critical executive programs and initiatives (e.g., improving organizational operations, modernizations, automation, efficiency, culture and inclusion). Establish frameworks for new programs, kick-start initiatives, and set teams up for success. Provide interim leadership and support for resource gaps until positions are filled. Manage communications for VP-level sponsorships, events, customer engagements, PR activities, and thought leadership initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and ensuring effective communication. Manage risks and issues, paths to green, and delivery planning for program Facilitate and drive technical discussions across multiple teams, leading to buy-in and alignment across teams and up through leadership Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices Work with partner teams outside our organization and externally with Oracle
