As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, Multicloud Capacity, you will own execution of our Multicloud capacity planning program, in partner with our database capacity planning team, to ensure customer demand is always met. You will work across product, engineering, supply chain, data center operations, and finance to deliver critical initiatives and play a central role in analyzing Multicloud capacity metrics and trends, forecasting resource needs, and building systems that enable automated, data-driven outcomes. This role requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to translate high-level goals into execution plans across OCI teams. You will define and deliver scalable capacity planning processes and OKRs, automation tooling, and operational strategies that optimize for speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency at scale. 

We are looking for a driven, highly organized individual who excels at driving large-scale, cross-organizational capacity programs and projects to play a critical role in scaling Multicloud capacity planning and delivery. The successful candidate works backward, starting with the customer and product, has a passion for solving difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, can lead a conversation in a room with designers, engineers, and product managers, and can influence partners to arrive at the accurate outcomes.
