**Job Summary** Red Hat is seeking a Senior Principal Software Engineer to join our AI Catalyst Platform team, a forward-thinking group dedicated to exploring and incubating the newest AI initiatives. This role is pivotal in leading the design and development of the platform that supports and enables AI Catalyst initiatives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adaptability for cutting-edge AI projects. Joining this team means working on the most advanced AI projects, collaborating with industry leaders, and contributing to solutions that shape the future of technology. **What you will do:** **Architect and lead the design and implementation of platforms required to support rapid and stable AI initiatives and solutions for Red Hat AI products.** + Collaborate with AI team leads, architects, and engineers to ensure the design and architecture align with project goals and organizational standards. + Evaluate new AI opportunities and define the optimal approach to meet or exceed platform requirements.
