In this critical role, you will provide dotted-line leadership to a cross-functional team of Component IPT (CIPT) members and report directly to the Program Chief Engineer. As the SIPT Lead, you will drive system-level integration efforts, foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet stringent aerospace standards. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
