Job Overview:   The Senior Principal Estimator – Subsea is responsible for addressing complex and technically challenging estimating problems that impact project execution and commercial strategy. This role requires expertise in subsea construction, including SURF, EPCI, and installation campaigns. They will proactively lead the development of competitive, accurate estimates and guide estimation strategy across high-value projects. The Senior Principal Estimator brings advanced knowledge of offshore methodologies, vessel spreads, global supply chain dynamics, and regional market benchmarks. This role supports key tendering decisions and ensures estimates reflect both client requirements and commercial realities. It demands conceptual and innovative thinking, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence project direction within Project Controls and beyond.
