Understand Business requirements andidentify scenarios for Automated and Manual testingBring experience on testing AI/Gen AI business applications.Demonstrate usage of Gen AI in tooling & AI driven insights reporting.Creating/Reusing AI utilities/components for Testing.Design Automation test scripts ensuring proper coverage of regressionUnderstanding API test resources, requirements and scriptingSetup an Automation test frameworkExecution and maintenance of test scripts (Manual and Automated) and reporting resultsInvestigate technical problems, needs and determine possible solutionsDocument test results, defect logs and issue logs wherever possibleParticipate in development of technical documentation where possibleStatus reporting to the Delivery Lead and Reporting ManagerCommunicate effectively with team members and stake holders of the project delivery teamWork with Test Leads to improve ROI of overall automated and functional testsTo own MercerTech initiatives along with Quality Engineering LeadsDrive Agile Continuous improvement initiatives with Delivery Leads

What you need to have:

7+ years experience in the IT industry. Demonstrable experience of working on successful test programs on enterprise scale applications or projectsExperience of working in scrum teams within SAFe delivery framework will be preferredExperience in applying Generative AI capabilities for BAU work effectiveness, practical usecasesExperience of working in Agile POD, Squad model and In-Sprint AutomationDemonstrable experience of working in Programs on enterprise scale applications or projects

Technical Skillset required:

Exposure to GenAI utilities - Copilot or equivalent plugin / toolingProficiency in UI and API test automationSpecific experience with the following:Proficient in the following Test automation languages and frameworks; Typescript, JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO and TestNG, CypressAPI test automation with Playwright, RestAssured or PactumJSExperience of Jmeter and LoadRunner for Performance testing will be a plusExperience of using AzureDevOps for End-to-End Test deliveryRepository, CI/CD Pipeline management experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
