Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Lead Test Engineer, QA

In this role, Manage EDI test planning, execution, and defect tracking for multiple partner onboarding. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will lead the testing effort for the partner migration to MuleSoft. You will design test strategies, oversee end-to-end validation of EDI messages, APIs, and integration workflows, and ensure seamless partner onboarding. You will also mentor junior testers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive quality across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

· Define test strategy and test plans for integration and migration efforts.

· Design and execute test cases for EDI flows, MuleSoft APIs, and partner data pipelines.

· Lead defect triage calls and ensure closure of high-priority defects.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Integration Architects to clarify requirements.

· Validate data transformations and message mappings (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).

Automate regression and smoke tests using suitable tools (e.g., Postman, ReadyAPI, or Selenium).

· Monitor and maintain test environments and test data.

· Guide and mentor test engineers and review their test deliverables

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

· experience in QA, with at least 3 years in integration/API/EDI testing.

· Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).

· Proficient in writing test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.

· Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

· Experience in automation frameworks for APIs or EDI messages.

· Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in partner onboarding or B2B integration projects.
