Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years of experience in Oracle OSM development Strong knowledge of OSM architecture, cartridge development, and order management concepts Proficiency in XQuery, XSLT, XML, Java, and SQL Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration Familiarity with SOA principles and integration patterns Strong understanding of telecommunications order management processes Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration abilities

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle OSM certification Experience with Oracle Communications product suite (ASAP, UIM, BRM) for Integration Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards (TMF, ETOM) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of cloud deployment models for OSM
