Senior Principal Consultant - Organizational Change Management

An experienced Organizational Change Management Consulting professional who has a broad understanding of industry best practices, change models, strong communication skills.  Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to enhance adoption of Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to target measurable behavior change, conduct extensive analysis of needs and culture, help manage client transition change plan, and oversee its implementation. Additionally, candidates should have experience working with organizations and establishing governance structures and project charters.
