Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of D365 FO solutions. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of technical and solutioning experience in Microsoft ERP platforms, with deep hands-on expertise in D365 FO, a solid understanding of D365 CE (Customer Engagement) apps, and Microsoft Power Platform
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design:
Define end-to-end architecture for D365 FO implementations, including integrations with CE apps and Power Platform.
Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Technical Leadership:
Guide technical teams (developers, consultants, and testers) across multiple phases of the project.
Own technical governance, code reviews, DevOps pipelines, performance optimization and D365 environments.
Integration Strategy:
Design and implement integration solutions between D365 FO, CE, Power Platform, and third-party systems.
Leverage Azure services, Dataverse, and Common Data Model for seamless interoperability.
Customization Development:
Oversee X code customizations, extensions, reports, and workflows within FO.
Enable Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and low-code extensions to support edge use cases.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support pre-sales solutioning, estimations, and technical proposal creation when required.
Quality Best Practices:
Define and enforce best practices for development, testing, deployment, Package updates and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s D365 architecture and security standards.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications /SKILLS
Extensive technical experience, with good focused experience in Dynamics 365 Finance Operations.
Proven experience in full-cycle D365 FO implementations as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer.
Hands-on experience with X , OData, Custom Services, DMF, Logic Apps, and Event Handlers.
Strong exposure to D365 CE Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong experience in D365 Environment management using Life cycle service (LCS), Power Admin Portal.
Familiarity with Azure Services, ALM/DevOps, Dataverse, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with data migrations, dual-write, and integration with legacy/third-party systems.
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Microsoft certifications in D365 FO and/or Power Platform are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of industry-specific solutions like Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain ithin D365 FO.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enhanced business apps.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Education Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (nice to have).
