Job Duties: Analyze requirements and deliver functional and technical solutions. Implement products and technologies to meet post-sale customer needs. As a member of the consulting organization, ensure that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to client’s satisfaction. Work closely with client to understand and manage expectations, as well as work closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery. Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Support and participate on project teams. Problem solve by applying company policies and procedures. May telecommute. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. Role requires 50% travel throughout the U.S for business engagements and/or projects. No relocation required. (385.34422)

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related technical role followed by five years experience in job offered or in a Senior Principal Consultant -related occupation. Position requires:

Implement the Oracle Fusion Financial module using the Oracle ERP Fusion application and offering clients end-to-end solutions through the application of Oracle TCM Methodology, business protocols, and industry best practices; Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and eye for business; Concentrates on best practices and process enhancements to guarantee that operational policies are adhered to, and business goals are met; Draft functional design documents, conversion strategy documents, and configuration workbooks during implementation; Determine the amount of work necessary for overall development while taking the effort; Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions; Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise; and Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
