Lead the development of Oracle Consulting’s Validation and Testing services proposition, ensuring effective approach, frameworks and toolkits to deliver successful customer focused delivery and outcomes. Collaboration across Oracle Consulting region management to align Testing and Validation approach and services in customer engagements - ensuring effective customer engagement during implementation and during ongoing Cloud Application updates and releases. Collaboration with Consulting teams to ensure effective delivery across Systems Integration Testing, Functional Acceptance Testing and Solution Validation (User Acceptance Testing). Take a key role in building up and driving the Validation Services. Mature the Oracle Consulting Validation (Testing) skills and  establish a customer focussed test management culture  Lead by example and be a natural accepted mentor for the Oracle Consulting project managers.
