Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – PMO

In this role, the resource will be directly working with the client in US and will be collaborating with ELT leaders for contract renewals and maintaining records etc

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

· Manage cloud migration initiatives from on-premise to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and risk.

· Collaborate with network engineers and security teams to implement and managePalo Alto firewallsand network security protocols.

· Oversee the deployment and optimization ofAzure servicesincluding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Application teams.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.

· Ability to drive projects independently and decision-making skills.

· Should be very proactive and highlight risks timely

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong aptitude for presenting thoughts and ideas to team members.

· Strong in project management and understanding of project management tools such as SPM/JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, etc.

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. OR

Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsProven experience as an Infrastructure or IT Project Manager Strong understanding ofnetworking concepts,firewall management, andPalo Alto Networks.Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure, includingAzure Migrate,Azure Site Recovery,Azure Networking, andResource Manager.Experience managingcloud migration projects(on-prem to Azure).Familiarity withITIL,Agile, andWaterfallproject management methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-900) are a plus.

· Be willing to work flexible hours that include at least four (4) hours of overlap upto 12 AM IST

· Ability to work in a distributed team environment

· Experience in collaborating with demographical agile teams

· Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential
