Overview: Responsibilities: Job Description Summary: Job Description: The Workday HRIS Senior Principal Consultant is responsible for the oversight and management of the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday HRIS system to ensure that the organization’s HR processes are running efficiently. This role will work closely with HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze, implement, and maintain solutions that support key HR functions, such as, onboarding, compensation, talent/performance management, benefits, payroll, leaves and employee data management.
