Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Value Engineering, Technology Consulting, or F500 Account Sales, specifically within cloud computing or the technology sector.
+ Experience successfully delivering and implementing impactful digital transformation strategies for global enterprise clients, with a history of board-level collaboration.
+ Experience in managing and influencing C-level executive stakeholders, decisively navigating client environments and delivering business value autonomously.
+ Experience in building sophisticated quantitative value and ROI models, seamlessly integrating business and technical elements to construct business cases.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA or Master’s degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
+ Experience in leveraging design thinking frameworks to lead large workshops with senior executives.
+ Experience in infrastructure, AI, platform, data, security or related technologies.
+ Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology.
+ Ability to operate effectively with enthusiasm and flexibility in a changing team environment.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

As a Value Creation Senior Principal supporting the Americas region you will be responsible for accelerating business growth and clearly articulating the value proposition and business case for our Google Cloud and cross-Google partnerships to our customers. You will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals. You will leverage your skills and understanding of Google Cloud and cross-Google solutions to identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, performance improvement, and overall value enhancement. By working closely with our sales and other Go-to-market (GTM) teams, you will build and construct some of our largest partnerships globally. You will partner with these teams to deliver on the highest priority opportunities to drive new bookings and expand existing large partnerships for Google Cloud.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Own value-based proposals and financial modeling to secure high-impact client outcomes for strategic deals, leveraging a deep understanding of the customer life-cycle and commercial structures.
+ Ideate and develop broad partnership value propositions for our biggest customers globally - including leveraging x-Alphabet teams and skills to land One Google narratives and partnership expansion engagements.
+ Apply advanced problem-solving skills, coupled with robust financial analysis skills, to hypothesize open-ended challenges, prioritize key value drivers, and present credible solutions to C-level executives.
+ Develop and nurture trusted partnerships with senior internal leaders and external client executives, navigating organizational structures to align objectives and drive collaborative success.
+ Drive practice and community development within Value Creation by generating new content, analytical models, playbooks and thought leadership on value-related topics, to drive significant value-focused scale across Google Cloud business.
