Your Role:

In this role, you will act as an internal pricing consultant, leveraging your strong analytical skills and stakeholder management expertise. You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers and ensure effective global price setting that adapts to evolving market needs. Utilizing advanced data engines and innovative tools, you will generate actionable insights that drive profitability.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional partners, educating stakeholders on pricing strategies, tools, and processes to optimize profitability across the organization.Lead initiatives for personal, organizational, and operational excellence by fostering a collaborative, value-based pricing culture that emphasizes continuous improvement.Develop and execute projects aimed at identifying profit improvement opportunities, supported by robust data analyses and accompanied by clear implementation plans.Generate actionable insights through regular reporting of pricing key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders are informed of trends, outliers, and key drivers.Champion pricing process improvements, focusing on productivity, consistent methodologies, and skill development, while ensuring stakeholders fully understand and utilize pricing processes and best practices.

 

Who You Are:

 Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, product management, procurement, strategic sourcing or product pricing.

OR       

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, product management, procurement, strategic sourcing or product pricing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree.Professional experience in Business, Informatics, Computer Science and Mathematics, Statistics.Experience with independently managing diverse projects and collaborating effectively.Strong analytical skills, adept at deriving insights from large datasets (1MM+ records) and utilizing data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)..Experience with Zilliant and Excel.Strong communication, presentation skills and multitasking skills.Experience in pricing strategy development and implementation, preferably in marketing or commercial roles.Experience with pricing models and change management, including systems integration.Experience with building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
