As a Construction Management Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager professional to support Life Sciences North America (LSNA) an upcoming large/mega pharmaceutical project ($1B+) in North America. Until the project mobilizes the candidate will onboard with Jacobs and be immediately assigned to an in-flight project of similar size and complexity, to begin the process of assimilating with Jacobs ways of working and BeyondZero culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• 15+ years of experience in managing construction projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, not required
• Large infrastructure project industry experience
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
