I. FUTURE STAKES
Optimize media investment (for omni-channel recalibration) to build story points of views to win TOM and create dream for all through creative use/mix of new media
A house view to create focused impact, harmonize a house calendar, not noise across divisions
Create color statement and strengthen face expertise (especially for makeup)
Build reasons to believe and enhance relevancy and credibility (especially for skincare)
Demonstrate house of fragrance image.
Sustain Brand unique positioning from No. 1 to Only 1.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support PR manager for the duties of the Communications function for Fragrance & Beauty Products.
Maintain rapport relationship with the press and achieve publicity / exposure targets and objectives
Execute the advertising plan and monitor spending (vs budget) of Fragrance & Beauty Products
Media/Press relations
Develop close relationships with all relevant media in Taiwan.
Event Organizations:
- work with PR manager on overall execution and coherence with communications plan;
- coordinate with Chanel Regional/Global team regarding press tools order
- support local event team for events execution
To respond to all media requests, including photo shootings, etc.
To be responsible for monthly clipping, PR related reports and exposure analysis

To have regular contact with agency and regional team on advertising execution
To work with PR manager for achieving desired quality of reproduction for visuals and to coordinate approvals for production quality with business divisions
