We are looking for a Senior Power Subsystem Engineer and as Power Subsystem Engineer of space system the main activities are:

Analyze the Power requirements applicable at system level, deriving the lower level requirements and prepare relevant unit or S/S specificationDefine power system architecture from received requirementsDefine power interfaces among power items and vs. power usersPerform analysis on power sources (e.g. solar array, battery, fuel cell, etc.) and power interfaces for both sizing and performance evaluationDefine performance, interface and test requirements for the power system and power sourcesSpecify and review technical documentation as Subsystem/Unit technical specification, Technical Notes/Analysis, Test Specification and reportManage and/or participate to technical meetings with subcontractor and/or clients.

Educational: Degree in Electronics or equivalent.

Job Experiences

Experience in power electronic system or power unit design

Strong knowledge of energy production with solar panels

Capability of power analysis and circuits simulation

SW knowledge

MS Office package (Word, Excel, Access)Knowledge to use and SW tools like Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Visual Basic, Spice.

Availability to medium business trip in Italy or abroad.
