This role requires strong business analysis capabilities and a working knowledge of project management to ensure successful delivery of business-critical applications. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Nice to have: Power BI. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. + Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution architectures. + Lead or support project planning, timelines, and resource coordination. + Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and business users. + Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with governance standards. Understands Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Kit **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. + Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and tools. + Experience managing or coordinating project tasks and timelines. + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400) are a plus.
