We’re looking for a passionate Power Platform Engineer to join our Digital Workspace Experience team in Corporate IT. In this role, you’ll turn complex business challenges into streamlined digital solutions, transforming the way our teams work across the globe.
As a key member of our team, you’ll analyse business requirements and workflows to design, build, and deliver powerful applications and automated processes. Your work will directly empower our people – from IT and finance to supply chain and sales – to operate efficiently and drive better outcomes for our customers.

Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into impactful technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and automated workflows using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Transform manual, time-consuming processes into seamless digital workflows that save time and reduce errors.
Create clear technical documentation, knowledge articles, and provide training to empower users.
Research and experiment with emerging technologies, leading the adoption of new tools to keep us ahead of the curve.
Define and uphold programming standards and best practices across projects.
Support integrations with other enterprise systems and assist operational teams where needed.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team’s capabilities.
Provide guidance and technical leadership within your areas of specialisation.
Let’s talk about what you’ll bring
8+ years’ experience in application development.
2+ years’ hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse development.
2+ years’ experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Strong experience with SharePoint development or administration, including migration projects.
Proven ability to leverage Power Platform with Microsoft apps and services such as SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Excel, Word, Azure AD, Copilot, and ChatGPT.
Experience automating IT and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Knowledge of integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, HR, and ITSM applications.
Solid understanding of Power Platform full SDLC, security, governance, integration, and administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Applied knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Azure services.
Development experience in UX design, JSON, C#, .NET, REST APIs, or other low-code technologies.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies
