Responsibilities + Design and develop high-performance power electronics systems from concept to mass production. + Collaborate with engineers and researchers to optimize energy conversion products. + Utilize capture and PCB layout tools, particularly Altium Designer, to create electrical systems. + Ship out products and ensure they meet high-quality standards. Essential Skills + 10+ years of experience in power electronics design and development for mass production, preferably in energy sectors. + Proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance power electronics systems. + Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, magnetic components, and control theory. + Experience with capture and PCB layout tools, especially Altium Designer. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electrical systems. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and functions.
