About the Role

Here at Red on behalf of our global pharmaceutical client , we are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join a global Digital Quality team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining advanced dashboards in Power BI and working with data from multiple sources. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality data visualisation solutions to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reporting meets business needs.

Utilise Report Builder for planning dashboards and reporting solutions.

Work with Snowflake data warehouse to extract, transform, and load data for visualisation.

Ensure best practices in data modelling, performance tuning, and security within Power BI.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in BI development and data visualisation.

Strong hands-on expertise with

Power BI (including DAX and data modelling

Report Builder (planning dashboards too)

Snowflake (data warehouse)

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GXP environment Experience)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
