Senior logistics planning specialist

At P&G we continually innovate supply chain best practices and technology. As a member of the Supply Network Operations (SNO) team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our world-class supply networks.

SNO roles provide the chance to work with big data, design algorithms, and develop winning end-to-end ideas for the supply network. Our supply networks begin with analytical network design and extend all the way to the point of purchase with shoppers in the market. From traditional stores to online, our supply networks serve all. We manage this supply system to synchronize the movement of materials, goods, cash, and data between P&G and our customers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

Internal and external collaboration with partners: production plants, planning teams, warehouses, customer & commercial teams to ensure smooth product flow

Identifying and resolving potential issues (e.g., capacity, product availability)

Driving improvement in work processes and critical metrics

Setting up master data set up in the SAP systemprocess and maximizing customer orders fulfillment on a daily basis

Be a single point of contact for customer teams stock availability issues / questions

Analyzing data and lead horizontal processes within the Market Planning team

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary starting from 115 000 RUB gross

Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

Any higher education degree

2+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in logistics and planning would be a competitive advantage

Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
