With your growing confidence in media planning and client management, you will influence strategic decisions while ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** **Be the Catalyst for Client Success:** Anticipate client needs and shape long-term partnerships. Your proactive approach will drive the day-to-day relationships with clients, building bridges for mutual success. **Master the Orchestration of Success** : Skilfully manage and maintain client WIP and workflow requirements. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure outcomes are met within agreed timelines, setting the stage for flawless delivery. **Metrics Guru** : Track key business, campaign, and media metrics with precision. Keep our clients informed of campaign status, ensuring transparency and trust every step of the way. **Narrator of Insights** : Work closely with the Investment & Activations (I&A) team to craft a compelling reporting framework. Deliver insightful client reports that speak volumes, aligning with service level agreements to offer competitive analysis, performance checks, and more. **Media Sage** : Empower our clients with knowledge on general media industry topics, ensuring they are informed and ready to adapt to changes that may affect their business landscape. **Planning & Strategy Excellence:** **Implementation Maestro** : Take charge of crafting implementation plans that align with client business needs and the media environment to maximise return on investment. **Analytical Innovator:** Apply relevant tools to interrogate briefs and translate them into strategic implementation recommendations. Provide evidence-based planning responses utilising data and past campaign learnings through the Zenith planning process. **Strategic Visionary:** Consider all opportunities in implementation strategy and planning, spanning both digital and traditional channels, to deliver comprehensive solutions. **Accuracy Advocate:** Build and maintain 100% accurate media plans with consistent naming conventions, ensuring all client fees and charges are clearly reflected. **Collaborative Planner:** Work alongside the I&A team to develop planning costs and activation opportunities that deliver on client objectives and drive business results. **Performance Optimiser:** Partner with the I&A team to understand campaign performance status and optimise levers.
