Overview ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Planning Executive is responsible for supporting the Client Planning Team in delivering client account service as well as building the client implementation plans with the support of the Activations Team. This role will be involved in media planning campaigns across a variety of digital (search/social/programmatic) and offline (OOH, radio, TV) channels. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Client Service Build day-to-day relationship with client, understand their business category context and competitive landscape, and share relevant industry news Maintain internal WIP, help track timeline and deliverables with key stakeholders Attend and take notes in client WIPs, capture key discussion points and next steps to compile contact reports Assist the team in delivering against the Client Service Level Agreement around account service Media Planning Produce implementation plans that reflect the client business needs and media environment which maximise return on investment Assist in the creation and maintenance of media plans and campaign timelines Assist with pulling audience, media, and performance data for planning purposes through relevant planning tools Help build client presentation, planning recommendations, and market updates Work with the Activations Team to source planning costs and activation opportunities that deliver on the client's objectives and business results Assist media partnerships and sponsorships by coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal and external teams Collaborate with Activation Team to prepare campaign briefs to ensure accuracy and ensure media plan is reflected as per the booked activity - in addition to understanding campaign performance and optimisations Assist the team to review media owner responses and provide sufficient, timely feedback Team Leadership Support onboarding of new staff on business administration (plan location, naming convention, etc.), client process, and general day-to-day overview Assist with delegating and communicating with multiple stakeholders in various teams Financial & Commercial Complete monthly budget reconciliation and PO tracker Complete monthly-end finance reports for clients Assist timely monthly-end invoicing by providing accurate media plan & PO tracker - review pro-forma invoices summary and provide feedback where needed Assist the Activation Team to respond all account queries Relationship Management Be the best representative of our core values by contributing to the broader agency culture & initiatives - support to build team morale in the team Promote a professional work experience for your team Assist agency operations by following best practice and ways of working Actively participate in brainstorm, internal forums, team training and development to enhance craft knowledge and share learnings across teams Build strong and positive relationships with media owners, creative, PR, production and other agency partners ABOUT YOU Minimum 2-3 years experience in a media planning/account management role across digital channels (search/social/programmatic) and offline channels (OOH, radio, TV) ideally in the marketing & advertising industry Experience with planning tools is required - SMD, Roy Morgan, Nielsen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong time management and project coordination experience Aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Additional information Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
