**Overview**
We’re looking for a Senior Planner who’s ready to help ambitious brands create culturally resonant work that delivers real-world impact. You’ll be joining one of Singapore’s most creatively awarded agencies, with the chance to shape campaigns that punch well above their weight.
This role is offered on a one-year contract to start.
**Responsibilities**
Senior Planners are recognised by their ability to keep bringing sharp strategic thinking to the table. Whether you’re leading strategy for an account or project, you’ll provide direction in the form of a clear, well-reasoned, and confidently presented recommendation.
You will be able to provide a precise articulation of the client’s problem, a useful insight with the power to unlock it, and inspiring guidance on what to communicate to the target audience in order to get the desired response. What’s more, you’ll have deck storytelling skills that are strong enough to persuade others that the strategic and creative solution presented are the best course of action.
You’ll be supported by the strategy, account and creative leads who you’ll work closely with to build brands and solve business problems. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn from the more experienced people you work side-by-side with and you’ll grow by actively seeking their advice.
In addition to the above, you’ll be expected to:
+ Help build brands across all channels and touchpoints.
+ Be perceived by clients as a highly capable professional who challenges their thinking in a productive and constructive manner.
+ Provide an overview of the threats and opportunities within the client’s industry, how the client is positioned to face them, and the level of competitive advantage they hold.
+ Be able to design research methodologies that provide strong confidence in the results.
+ Collaborate with specialists within the Groupe, in areas such as media, commerce, and CRM.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years agency experience.
+ Communicates without marketing jargon and buzzwords, with strong deck storytelling skills.
+ Good knowledge of how creative, media, and production work together, gained through practical experience.
+ Flexibility to work after-hours and to travel is required.
