We are seeking an experienced **Senior Planner** to join our team for a **heavy civil infrastructure project** in the **UAE** . The ideal candidate will have **10+ years of proven planning and scheduling experience** on large-scale civil works such as **highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, and marine or industrial infrastructure** . Prior experience with a **consultancy or PMC** is essential. + Develop and manage **baseline and detailed construction schedules** using **Primavera P6** . + Monitor construction progress and update schedules based on actual site performance. + Perform **delay analysis** , support **EoT claims** , and assist with **time impact analysis** . + Coordinate with the project team to identify critical path activities and schedule risks. + Assist in preparing monthly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. + Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and contractual planning requirements. + Interface with contractors and clients for planning-related coordination and reporting. + **Bachelor’s degree** in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. + Training and certification in **Primavera P6** . + Professional affiliations such as PMI-SP, AACE (PSP), or similar are preferred.
