Overview We’re looking for a Senior Planner, someone who can mix insights with imagination to create campaigns that are anything but basic. Responsibilities Creative Thinker: Bringing a blend of strategic thinking and creative insight to every project. Holistic Perspective: Considers the bigger picture to uncover areas of opportunities for clients. Effective Communicator: Clearly express ideas and strategies, using storytelling to make complex concepts relatable and impactful. Mentor & Motivator: Support and guide junior planners, helping them grow their skills and confidence in a collaborative environment. Industry Expert: Bring deep knowledge of market trends, audience behavior and platform expertise. Solid Collaborator: Work well with cross-disciplined teams and clients to ensure that ideas align and campaigns come together seamlessly. Trends Observer: Keep an eye on cultural shifts and industry developments, incorporating relevant insights into planning. Resourceful Problem Solver: Identify potential issues early and adapt plans to keep projects on track. Yearning for Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance your skills and learn from experiences and colleagues. Client Engagement: Knows how to engage with senior client leaders to: Work with clients to make sense of findings from concept testing to develop campaign brief Work with client teams to co-create campaign briefs Take responsibility for bringing consistency to client brand across campaign touchpoints Qualifications Preferred min. 5 years experience in a highly creative role Strong grasp of social media space and technology Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees Excellent written and verbal communication skills Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
