Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Lead and Participate in Projects: Engage in both local and global projects to drive improvements and innovations within the organization. Data Management: Ensure all relevant fields are maintained and updated promptly to guarantee high-quality processes. Documentation and Best Practices: Secure documentation of processes, evaluations, and developments across plants, business units, and industrial areas to establish best practices and achieve world-class logistics. Supplier Collaboration: Establish close cooperation with suppliers, including managing SLA/OLA agreements, fostering continuous improvements, and ensuring timely information sharing. Focus on reducing lead-time, costs, and raw material inventory while developing structured plans for vendor development to achieve logistic excellence. Supplier Category Development: Participate in developing supplier categories and ensure the supplier base consistently supports Danfoss's needs to meet future demands. Innovative Changes: Recommend and initiate innovative changes to existing setups, developing new ideas and methods to involve others in change processes. Workshops and Competency Development: Participate in workshops with colleagues or business partners to support the establishment of high process knowledge, develop competencies, and foster a lean and change-oriented culture. KPI Development and Implementation: Develop and implement KPIs/PIs to support departmental development, secure direction, and assist in KPI result analysis and improvement action plans. Knowledge Sharing: Secure new knowledge from books, articles, universities, ERFA groups, conferences, education, and training, and share it with colleagues to adapt to the latest advancements. Inbound Strategy Development: Participate in developing the inbound strategy both globally and locally, ensuring alignment with Danfoss's overall strategy and supporting supply chain priorities and local focus areas. QMS Model Compliance: Work according to the QMS Model, participate in developing and implementing processes, align them across plants, and update the QMS. Process Development and IT Tools: Qualified in process development and the understanding/use of support IT tools to ensure continuous improvement and maintain the right competence level among employees. Education:
Degree or certificate in logistics, business administration, or supply chain preferred. Other relevant fields include manufacturing, quality, technology, or process engineering.Experience:
Preferred experience in parts and supplier management, production planning, SIOP planning, order handling, or delivery planning.Personal Attributes:
