Your Role:

Participate the construction, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification of PIS plant with the engineering team. Lead the performance qualification and process validation of PIS plant with the support from giving site experts, tech transfer team and supply chain production planning.Assure compliance to all company and China authorities EHS requirements, regulations, and acquire necessary permits in time with support from relevant department. Continuously improve plant effectiveness in EHS by providing clear and visible leadership as consistent with the philosophy that every incident is preventable.Lead the continuous improvement projects for all aspects of process performance including production equipment, cycle times, yields, downtime, raw material efficiency, waste generation, energy efficiency, and quality by following a systematic methodology e.g. six sigma DMAIC meaning define, measure, analyze, improve, control 6 steps.Manage waste water plant operations that mostly linked to PIS production including operational planning, treatment, processes, waste disposal, trouble shooting and fulfill all internal and external EHS requirement.Connect with PIS production in headquater to ensure proper interface for getting technical support on equipment, processes and launch line, etcManage the ramp up of PIS production following the supply chain production planningEstablish and live ISO9001 system. Acquire the group ISO9001 certificate within the scope of PIS production and waste water plantParticipate in the regular supply review meeting, identify and communicate when problems or potential risks to supply arise and take appropriate counter measures.Continually enhances the skill level of PIS employees by investing in the learning and development of the organization's employees.

 

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industry. Familar with GMP.Familiarity with EHS regulations and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in China.Extensive experience with continuous improvement projects, particularly in process performance optimization using Six Sigma (DMAIC) or similar methodologies.Knowledge of ISO9001 systemsStrong leadership skills with a focus on enhancing team performance and engagement.Strong interpersonal skills to connect with various stakeholders, including production teams, site experts, and supply chain personnel.Fluent in English, both written and oral.
