Job Description

You'll be embedded within a global sports brand and will work with their agency partners and team members to drive performance, oversee important commercial campaigns, and support strategic planning for their marketplace initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Analytics & Reporting: Lead cross-channel performance reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) in partnership with media and affiliate agencies. Synthesise insights into clear, applicable updates for internal partners.

Strategic Forecasting & Planning: Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and financial planning across all paid media channels.

Campaign Leadership: Oversee important commercial media campaigns, collaborating with your client's internal marketplace team to execute initiatives tied to major commercial moments (e.g., Back to School, Cyber Week).

Strategy Development: Contribute to marketplace strategy definition and development of the longer-term roadmap.

Collaboration: Daily collaboration and management of media and affiliate agency partners, alongside internal teams, to evolve and optimize always-on programs aligned with your client's digital strategy.

Performance Marketing Execution: Lead end-to-end execution across all paid media channels — including search, social, programmatic, and affiliates — covering strategy, planning, production, execution, and performance reporting.

QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise across all major paid media channels.Expertise managing cross-channel campaigns and driving measurable business results.Demonstrated expertise in analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.Experience managing and collaborating with external media and affiliate agencies.Familiarity with paid media platforms and tools used in performance marketing.You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.

You are employed by Jellyfish on a fixed-term 6-month contract.

During this period, you will be embedded within the client team and expected to operate as an integrated member of their organisation, while remaining an employee of Jellyfish. We are looking for on-site presence at your client's campus in Hilversum (Amsterdam area) 2–3 days per week, following their hybrid working policy.
