Report to the Head of PeopleSoft Managed ServiceOversee functional support for Version 1 Peoplesoft Global Payroll CustomersInput to service design and support for service implementationDrive forward Internal service reportingOversee monthly and quarterly forecasting of team costs, and project revenuesAchieve and maintaining standards for ISO20000 compliance across the teamExplore and drive opportunities within existing customers for new/additional workConduct regular Service Review calls with customersOversee customer escalations or issues, problems, and requirementsAchieve targets and improvement initiatives for customer satisfactionManage business risk and knowledge to ensure business continuityIdentify and progress Continual Service Improvement initiativeYou will communicate with other team leads to

Extensive expertise in a PeopleSoft Global Payroll Functional RoleStrong Payroll Administration experienceExperience with additional PeopleSoft modules an advantageStrong customer service/relationship management experience (Customer)Strong analytical skills (Strategy, Financials)Demonstrated ability to work within a process driven environment (Strategy, People)Effective verbal and written communication skills (People, Customer)Self-starter.
