Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Core Analyst. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft HCM Core Analyst to support a major HR systems transformation project, including the conversion from PeopleSoft to Workday. This role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with data conversions, validation, and position management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong command of SQL and Excel, capable of performing in-depth data analysis and comparisons across large employee populations. Key Responsibilities: * Write and optimize complex queries in PeopleSoft to extract and analyze HCM data * Perform detailed data comparisons between PeopleSoft and Workday systems to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity * Support data conversion activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation of employee data * Analyze and validate full population datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness during migration * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand high-level conversion logic and its downstream impacts * Lead efforts in position management analysis and validation * Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets * Document findings, issues, and resolutions clearly and concisely for stakeholders * Participate in workstream meetings and provide subject matter expertise on Core HCM data
