We’re united by purpose, inspired by you. **About the role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Solutions Associate to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to employees across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless HR operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing HR initiatives and escalations. If you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for process improvement and employee support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization. **Responsibilities:** + Provide administrative support to employees in the EMEA region through our Case Management System. + Update, create, and manage HR business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while defining and recommending process improvements. + Gather information to identify and solve problems with little or no precedent, and recommend process improvements. + Manage escalations with employees and coordinate resolutions with appropriate Centers of Excellence (COEs). + Create and manage process document requirements for new and existing programs/categories. + Serve as a lead for the team in areas of ownership, allocating work and providing guidance to team members. + Create and execute training for areas of ownership. + Work autonomously within established procedures and practices. + Support global HR program initiatives + Collaborate effectively with the global People Solutions team. **Requirements:** + 5+ years of experience in an HR/HR Operations role. + Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information. + Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office applications. + Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation. + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. **Where we’re going** UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
