Responsibilities Make an impact Support policy compliance by developing, testing, and maintaining procedures and guidelines. Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while guiding managers and employees. Manage HR data processing and provide process guidance to colleagues. Resolve complex HR operations queries and escalate critical issues when necessary. Contribute to operational improvements by reviewing processes and suggesting enhancements. Coordinate stakeholder engagement through actions, meetings, and events. Monitor and report noncompliance with policies, procedures, or regulations. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. Hands-on experience with HR data processing, analysis, and reporting. Ability to comprehend and implement HR processes, procedures, and guidelines. Experience working in a shared services centre environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex queries. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Proven experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
