As our Technology Consulting Services department continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to join our team.
As a Senior Penetration Tester, your primary responsibility will be to lead and perform ethical hacking assessments, custom penetration testing scenarios, …. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to Research and Development (R&D) and developing your skills where you will be encouraged to develop new tooling, techniques and perform vulnerability research.

What will you do

After an initial familiarization with NTT Data methodologies and approaches, the Senior Penetration Tester will be expected to:
- conduct technical exercises including projects initiation, technical security testing and analysis, reporting and result presentations, for our clients on topics such as :

Web Application;Mobile Application;Desktop Application;IT Infrastructure;Red-Teaming.

- maintain a broad-based technical knowledge in key information security areas;
- perform technical research:

become an expert in one or several topics of your interest (Active Directory, Containers, Web Browsers, OT, IoT, …);discover new (previously undiscovered) vulnerabilities (0days), perform responsible disclosure, publish your research;develop novel attack techniques useful in Red-Teaming engagements.

- Participate to client needs capture and translation into commercial proposal.
- Manage and guide junior colleagues in their projects
- Be able to effectively translate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for in candidates

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent experienceCertifications such as OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, OSED, OSWE, … are highly desirable3-5 years of experience in penetration testing/offensive security Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with excellent verbal and written knowledge of EnglishStrong personal initiative and a commitment to expanding your technical knowledgeFlexibility and willingness to travel for limited periods if requiredStrong teamwork abilitiesCreative thinking skills in complex situations (e.g., attempting to bypass security controls)Effective communication skills with clientsExcellent proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.Advanced experience with common penetration testing frameworks and toolsPossession of a valid driving license (category B) is requiredEligibility and preparedness to obtain NATO clearance
