Process payroll on a bi-weekly and weekly basis for employees across multiple U.S. states.
Ensure accuracy by reviewing and validating time and attendance data; resolve discrepancies promptly.
Audit payroll transactions before and after processing to maintain compliance and data integrity.
Maintain the UKG Pro payroll system, ensuring all data is accurate prior to transmission.
Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, delivering prompt and policy-aligned support to employees.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR to manage new hires, terminations, and other employee changes.
Support special projects and initiatives to improve payroll processes and optimize workflows.
Assist with global payroll operations, including Canada and Puerto Rico.
Stay flexible and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
Strong understanding of multi-state and local payroll laws.
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Bachelor’s degree required.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
