Maintains strict confidentiality and assists employees with payroll and administrative HR matters. Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time, including paychecks, direct deposits, deductions, garnishments, and fringe benefits, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS and personnel files, monitor compliance, and support leave management related to payroll.Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, researching and resolving issues for employees and managers while assisting with Time & Attendance in WFS.Prepare and deliver payroll reports, support audits, and participate in expenditure and benefit monitoring to ensure accuracy and compliance.Stay current on payroll laws and company policies, educate employees on payroll practices, and assist with departmental administrative needs such as IT requests and expense reporting. Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience required
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (required)Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential from the American Payroll Association (preferred)Experience with SAP payroll systems is a plus Benefits and Perks: $40-45/hr.Eligible to enroll in our benefits program including Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, Disability, Critical Illness, Life, Accident and Behavioral Health.  Including a 401k program and various bonus programs.Your New Organization:A leading American company that owns and operates a major Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export terminal in Texas
