Our downtown Cleveland law firm is seeking a Payroll & Retirement Plans Analyst to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations and benefits administration. This hybrid role requires precision, discretion, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll DoManage onboarding payroll setup and termination pay processingReview timecards and ensure accurate payroll, taxes, benefits, and deductionsHandle leave tracking, benefit payments, and vendor invoice reconciliationSupport audits, partner payment tracking, and pension contribution updatesAnalyze payroll data, GL entries, and employee demographic trendsRespond to employee inquiries and guide payroll-related mattersEnsure multi-state compliance and identify opportunities to streamline processes What You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of payroll experience; ADP Workforce Now a plusAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas)Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focusedAble to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities
