Role & ResponsibilitiesPosition Definition:
Partner with Brands, Product Supply, and Vendors throughout the product development cycle to ensure product fitness for purpose and compatibility with bulk production at allocated manufacturing sites. Manage 2D/3D instructional systems, design and revamp learning models, evaluate instructional materials, and implement feedback from program reviews. Train others in 2D/3D tools and deliver training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute 3D models through simulation of apparel products.Train global brands, vendors, and third-party partners on 3D creation processes and 2D/3D patternmaking.Assist global brands in the product creation process, from concept to 3D modeling and training.Explore and recommend apparel construction methods.Engage cross-functional teams to implement 3D Digital Product Creation (DPC) processes.Consult on digital product development standards and libraries.Champion the development and delivery of web-based and in-person 3D training programs.Develop instructional materials and case studies in collaboration with DPC teams.Contribute to an innovation-minded team within VF Corporation.Key Result AreasDevelop and execute 3D apparel models.Create digital tools and libraries for DPC.Train internal and external stakeholders on 2D/3D tools and instructional delivery.Resolve complex, non-routine problems impacting regional teams.Lead cross-functional projects aligned with strategic goals.Define and implement continuous improvement strategies.Support policy deployment and strategic initiatives.Own and report on DPC performance metrics.Mentor junior team members.Evaluate and recommend instructional tools and technologies.Competency RequirementsBehavioral Competencies:
