Join Logan Health’s dedicated Occupational Medicine and Employee Health team in a specialized medical setting that supports both employees and patients navigating work-related care. We're seeking a Senior Patient Access Representative who brings a strong background in medical office operations, a team-focused mindset, and a warm, welcoming approach to every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
This role will be cross-trained to support two key functions in the clinic:
Front Desk Responsibilities: Greet patients and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude, handle check-in/check-out, prepare charts, answer phones, schedule appointments, make reminder calls, scan and fax documents, and assist with general front office tasks.
Work Comp Scheduling/Authorizations: Manage worker’s compensation scheduling, authorization tracking, and coordinate care efficiently with providers and patients.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth patient experience and representing Logan Health’s values in every conversation and interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior medical office experience
A welcoming demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of scheduling systems, insurance processes, and HIPAA compliance
Professionalism, adaptability, and a patient-centered mindset
